Prestashop Marketplace Order Refund Features -

• Seller can easily refund the marketplace orders fully or partially on customer request
• Seller can create Voucher for refunded amount.
• Seller can track the status of order.
• Customer will be notified by an email along with the voucher details.
• Customer can view the voucher details in the “my voucher” tab added under my account.
• Generated voucher can be used to make purchased for other products on the store.
• Admin can specify the number of days after which the refund voucher will expire.
• Customers can use the voucher both partially or for full amount.

Prestashop Marketplace Order Refund Use Case -

• The module must be installed after the installation of the marketplace module, since its an add-on for the marketplace module.
• Seller can view the orders from “my order” menu.
• Seller needs to provide the product information while starting the refund process.
• Then, the seller needs to choose the amount for the voucher and the voucher gets generated.
• A code is generated along with voucher creation. This code is sent to the customer through an email.
• The customer can use the voucher code to make a new purchase.

This way the seller can refund the marketplace order.
