Just create a badge and select its type which includes Positive and Negative.
Add these badges to the Leaderboard section in your Odoo website.
As the name of the type depicts; Positive badges are for good work whereas Negative badges are for making mistakes.
Moreover, one can also set the weightage of each badge. You can grant a badge to multiple employees.
The weightage of the badges can be converted into bonus by you and provided to the deserving employees.
Also, add a customized message on the description where you can mention the reason for granting the badge. You can bring transparency among the employees with the help of the module.
