Customer control over Personal Data

Customers have full control over their personal data. They can update or erase their data with ease anytime they want.

Personal Data Access – Customers can download their persoanl data on the website in a PDF format and can also email their personal data to their desired email id.

Personal Data Rectification – Customers can update their personal information, address information, or any other information they want to get updated on the website with the following options :

Personal Data Erasure – Customers can request for deletion of their complete data from the website.

Cookie Information Block

Manage Customer Data

Admin can disable the auto-deletion of customers data. Once a request for data deletion has been submitted by a customer a request for data erasure is sent to the admin.

• Manage Customer Data - View the requests placed by the customers for deleting or updating their personal data from the website.
• Delete Customer Data – Delete personal data of the customers with ease.
• Update request status – Check the request type i.e. update/delete and change the request status upon completion of the request.
