Workflow of the Module
Post-installation, you need to place the EasyPost API key to connect your Prestashop store with the EasyPost account. Once you have specified API key in configuration settings, you need to save the originating address from where your packages are shipped and configure the shipping carriers that will be available to store customers.
Customers can view the shipping methods on the checkout page and select the preferred carrier to place an order. Once the order is placed successfully, you can print the shipping label for it from the order details page.
Shipment Tracking
Enhance the shopping experience in your Prestashop store by letting customers track their orders. Once you have generated the shipment label for an order, a tracking link gets available to the customers on the order details page. Providing easy access to the tracking information will help customers to know about the accurate status of their orders.

How can I configure shipping carriers for my Prestashop store?
The shipping carriers you have integrated with your EasyPost account are displayed in the Carrier Account Setting section of module configuration. You need to specify the account ID and select the predefined package for the shipping carrier that you want to provide to customers of your Prestashop store. You can get the account ID of shipping carriers from your EasyPost account.
How can I create shipping labels?
Shipment is created at the time of checkout and shipping cost is considered as per the module setting (cheapest, medium, or highest). Package dimensions are prefilled in the create shipment section under the admin order details page. If you want to create a shipment again, you need to modify the package dimensions and click on the create shipment button. The shipping service along with rates are displayed on the order details page. You need to click on the Buy Label button mentioned along with the shipping service and after a successful purchase, you can generate the shipping label.
Why do I need to configure default package dimensions and weight?
If the product in the cart has no dimension or weight, then this default dimension and weight will be considered.
What dimension is considered if I use a pre-defined package for a carrier?
Shipping cost will be calculated based on the pre-defined package and weight of product in the cart. If weight is not available for the product, then default weight will be considered for that product.
Can we use custom boxes as predefined packages?
Yes, you can create custom boxes and select a custom box for a particular carrier.
