Yes, you set the minimum cart price and minimum cart quantity to avail this method.
How can customer pay through this payment method?
Customer can pay manually to invoice payment details provide in the order invoice (before due date). These details are set in module configuration by admin.
Is there any way to notify the customer about the due date?
Yes, a cron job can be set in the module. Whenever cron runs, email notifications are sent automatically to customers before the due date. You can configure the number of days before the due date for notification.
How would a customer know that where to send the payment after paying via invoice?
You can add the details of the account under configuration page to show customers on the order confirmation page.
