QloApps Razorpay Payment- An easy payment process is a must for every website. And for this functionality, we are using razorpay payment gateway. Razorpay is the only payment solution in India that helps companies with its product suite to receive, process and disburse payments. You can easily add payments to your website without giving a second thought about its security. Further, with the help of Webhook you can get notified about status updates of refund.

QloApps Razorpay Payment Features -
- Razorpay payment gateway accepts Visa, MasterCard, RuPay and Maestro.
- The payment processing is secure.
- Payments start and finish on the same page.
- Easy to configure by admin from backend.
- Admin has a new tab named “Razorpay Transaction” to view the list of payments made through the gateway.
- According to the requirement, the admin may also refund the full or partial sum to the customer.
- While refunding the partial amount, the admin can specify the amount less than or equal to the amount paid by the buyer.
- Use Webhook to notify the real-time status of “Refund Payments”.
Module configuration
With QloApps Razorpay payment gateway module, admin can provide a seamless checkout experience to his customers within his own site, thus increased conversions and/or sales.
- There are few configurations given at the admin end to add his Razorpay payment account.
- Select the mode to either "Test mode" or "Live Mode".
- Provide your credentials like API Key ID and API Key Secret.
Webhook
Webhook allows you to set-up integrations that subscribe to certain events on Razorpay APIs. In QloApps that event is “Refund”. Whenever a refund occurs you will get notified of its status. Further, you may be asked to specify a secret while setting up the Webhook. You can verify that the Webhook is from Razorpay by using this secret. Entering the secret is voluntary, however advisable. You must not disclose the secret publicly.
Uses of Webhook:
- Use it to get notified about authorized payments and analyze data to decide whether to capture or not payment.
- As in QloApps we have enabled the payment failed Webhook. So, whenever a refund is failed you will get a status update.
Reduce cart abandonment
One of the primary causes of cart abandonment is a lack of available payment options. As customers are not always comfortable providing their card information online. Therefore, having a secure and easy payment option on your store like Razorpay can impart trust in your customers and stimulate them to make bookings.
