The Magento 2 OpenCart Connector provides a comprehensive solution for integrating the OpenCart store with the Magento 2 store. The Magento 2 OpenCart connector imports simple products from OpenCart to the Magento store.
The admin can create the products at OpenCart first, and then via the Magento store can import those products. The admin first needs to run the import option and then the profiler to create the products in Magento 2 store. After importing the products, the admin can assign a category to the products at the Magento 2 store.After that, the products will be visible under the given category.

Attribute Mapping

- After mapping the attributes, the admin will save the attribute mapping.
- When the product is imported according to the attribute mapping the product data will be synced with the Magento 2 product data.
Import Products from OpenCart
After the admin has completed the attribute mapping, the admin can create the products at OpenCart. Here, the admin to import the products will -
- Navigate to the Map Product section.
- Here, the admin will first import the products from OpenCart to the Magento store by selecting the Import Product from the OpenCart option.
- A success pop-up will get displayed saying that the product was imported.
- After that, the admin will create the product in the Magento 2 store by running the profiler option.
- After the profiler has been run, the product is created at the Magento 2 store.
ReImport Products from OpenCart
After the product is imported via the OpenCart store to the Magento store the admin can reimport the product. This allows the admin to update the changes done to the products at the OpenCart store.
- Navigate to the Map Products section.
- Select the products that need to be reimported.
- From the actions dropdown option select the reimport option.
- The products get reimported into the Magento store.
