Booking Reservation SMS Notification for Magento 2

The module has flexible settings to configure the module easily -

• The admin doesn’t need to notify the customers manually as the SMS notifications will automatically be sent to them.
• Simply add the Auth ID, Token and Twilio Phone number received after registering at the Twilio website.
• Configure the messages for invoice creation, booking cancellation, alert/reminder message, and custom SMS.
• Configure the days for the alert/reminder message to be sent prior to the actual booking date and time.

This module is an absolute solution to keep your customers informed about their bookings -

• Displays short and quick messages for booking activities.
• The customers don’t require an internet connection or compatible devices to receive the SMS.
• The customers need to provide their phone number on which they will get the notifications.
• Don't add the country code because pre-configured API will automatically append the ISD codes with them.

The customer will be notified for the various statuses of their booking orders placed in Magento store such as -

• Invoice creation notification will be sent to the customer.
• Booking cancellation notification will be sent to the customer.
• Booking alert messages which will remind the customers about the booking date and time.

Allows admin to customize reminder messages for customers.

• Allows admin to draft a default message that will go to the customer when the field is empty.
• Enables admin to set Message (Days Before) and (Minutes Before) to send to the customers prior to the actual booking date/time.
• Allows admin to customize (Invoice Create) Message and (Cancel Invoice) Message to send to the customer.
