Odoo GCP Cloudkul Gold Plan: Cloudkul GCP (Google Cloud Platform) Gold Plan offers a one-time installation and setup of "Multi-Server Architecture". In this architecture, Odoo server will be installed on the GCP compute engine instance, and the PostgreSQL database will be managed by GCP cloud SQL. Both of compute engine instance and cloud SQL instance will be under a VPC. Various features that will be provided under this plan are:

Multi-Server Architecture: We offer “Multi-Server Architecture” Setup. In this architecture, Odoo server will be installed on the GCP compute engine, and GCP Cloud SQL will manage the PostgreSQL database. Both of compute engine instance and cloud SQL instance will be under the same VPC.

SSH: SSH stands for secure shell. It is used for providing encryption for network services like remote login or remote file transfers. It can also be used for a wide range of other services like secure remote command execution, keys and password authentication, access control, and port forwarding, etc.

Odoo Server: Latest Odoo server compatible with your OS and add-ons will be installed on the GCP compute engine instance. Odoo version can vary in case any compatibility issue comes up with the latest available Odoo version.

Postgresql Server: Odoo uses the PostgreSQL database for its data storage, which contains all of the databases, each of which contains all data and most elements of the OpenERP system configuration. We help you to integrate the PostgreSQL with Odoo without any compatibility issues and provide the powerful backend to your ERP solution.

Nginx for SSL Termination: Nginx is an open-source, high-performance HTTP, and reverse proxy server. Nginx as a reverse proxy server can also be used for SSL termination (to be configured with Odoo in our case). Cloudkul offers you to secure your Odoo server with SSL with the help of Nginx integration.

After the completion of Server Setup, we will provide a limited period of Support to the customer so that he or she can check and ensure the configuration. Our Support Period includes the SLA of around 18 Hours and covers only issues regarding the Server Setup and Configuration (Issues Regarding Application or Modules are not included in this support). Details are given below-

• Support Period of 15 days.
• SLA will be 18 hours.
• Mode of Communication are Ticket and Email
