Each membership shall offer specific discounts and each product under any membership will be liable to discounts.

• Under membership commodity product type, the admin adds the membership products.
• The admin selects an order status.
• The membership shall be applicable only if the order status is complete.
• The admin defines dimensions (W*H) of the membership scheme image.
• Under Language Translation, the admin adds the title and sub-title of the membership scheme.
• Under Frontend Settings, the admin configures the status and the name of the membership button, which displays on the product page.

Once the admin configures the basic settings for membership, the admin will have to configure the Membership Scheme option. Memberships serve as one of the most important sources so as to drive customers to a store and retaining the customers as well.

• The admin may add a new membership or edit any existing membership scheme.
• The admin adds a title for the membership schemes such as gold or silver membership.
• An image associated with the membership is added by the admin.
• A sort order in which the membership will display in the frontend is defined by the admin.
• The admin may enable or disable the status of any membership.
• The admin defines categories and products for membership schemes.
• The time period for which the membership will be active is defined.
• The membership price and the discounts offered under memberships are defined by the admin.
• Under Membership Traits, the admin defines the discount message which shall display under respective membership.
• The admin defines the sort order in which the discount message will display in the frontend.

Memberships are one of the most efficient ways for customer retention. If customers tend to buy memberships, then they can avail the benefits of the discounts offered by the memberships.

• Customers can choose to purchase any of the memberships as per the requirement.
• The customer will have to log in so as to view the memberships which the site offers.
• The memberships shall be visible on the My Account page, Homepage, and the Customer Membership page.
• The customer can view the details of the membership plans.
• The customer can view the products which the admin allows under a particular membership.
• On purchasing any product under a membership the customer can avail discounts offered under that membership.
• In the product page, a membership button is present, on clicking which the customers can view the details of the membership scheme.
• When a customer purchases a membership, the customer shall view the activated membership under the Customer Membership tab.
• It also allows a QR code feature to the customers.
• The customers can simply scan the QR code and retrieve the details of the active membership.
