Prestashop Product and Shopping Cart QR Code - QR Code i.e. Quick response code is a type of barcode that stores data and, most of the time the data is a link to a website or mobile app. With the growing usage of mobile devices in recent years, QR Codes has also gained popularity due to the convenience it provides for accessing information.
Hence, for Prestashop store owners, Webkul has developed Prestashop Product and Shopping Cart QR Code plugin that generates QR codes for products and shopping cart. Enhance the user experience of your Prestashop store by letting customers quickly access the product information using QR Codes on their smartphones.

Display Position
Show QR codes either on product details page or product page tab alongside Description and Product Details.

Customers can instantly visit the product page through their mobile devices.
Display QR Code in Quick View
Customers can also scan the QR Code from the quick view popup.
Workflow of the Module
The extension automatically generates the QR Code every time you create a product in your Prestashop store and map this code to the product's URL. Customer just need to scan the QR Code using a scanning app and the mobile browser will open the product.
A QR Code is generated each time a customer add the products to the shopping cart. Customers are directed to the shopping cart page on their mobile devices when they scan the QR Code.
Change Look and Feel of QR Code
Customize the appearance of QR codes by setting their background and foreground color. Set the height and width of a QR code as per need. Also, you can choose to show the QR code in an SVG format.
