The client wanted to create additional form fields to accept documents, IDs, and other information for verification purposes. For normal customers, they don't require any documents to be submitted, but for employees, they must submit proof to take advantage of EPP.
Moreover, the pending documents can be submitted for verification after the user registration process as well. After logging into the eStore, the user can go to My Account section and update the information.
Custom Registration Fields
