Odoo POS Happy Hours: Happy Hours refers to the time of the day or week when a business establishment such as store, restaurant, pub, etc. offers discounts on its products. These discounts and offers can be availed only for some fixed time-interval.
Managing Discounts in Odoo POS with price lists is cumbersome and it does not facilitate time-based operation.
The module provides significant advantages over managing discounts with price lists or manually:
- Automate the process. It automatically triggers the happy Hour discounts during scheduled time-slots.
- Adds the function to include time-slots to give discounts.
- No need to manually switch the prices in running POS session during Happy Hours.
- The Happy Hours can be switched off or on directly from the POS Shop.
- It allows you to add free complementary products in Odoo POS for Happy Hours.
- You can configure ‘Buy N and get one free’ offers with Odoo POS Happy Hours.
- Records the details of Happy Hours in the Odoo POS receipts and in the backend.
The Happy Hours widget notifies the POS user when Happy Hours begin and disappears when they end.
