    Odoo POS Partial Payment - As we know, keeping a full payment record is important to promote digitalization. However, sometimes customers are unable to pay the full amount at the time of purchase which leads to losing sales of the product. To avoid this issue, Odoo POS Partial Payment enables your customers to make a partial payment and make full payment afterward. It allows the Odoo user to invoice and validate partially paid or unpaid orders in POS.

    This enables customers to buy a product even though they have less money at the time of purchase. The partial payment option also leads you to gain potential customers that will lead you to increased sales and profits.

    Enables sellers to allow partial payment in POS for customers

    • The Odoo POS Partial payment module allows sellers to invoice and validate partially paid orders in POS.
    • It will let customers partially pay for their orders in POS.

     Register payments for the invoice from Odoo backend

    • Odoo users can later register payments on the corresponding invoice from the Odoo backend.
    • These partial payments let you keep records of the customers too.

    Set partial payment option as per your wish

    • The Odoo users can set payment terms to deny partial payment for particular customers. These customers will not be able to avail the benefits of partial payment even if it is enabled in POS.
    • They can change these payment terms from the Odoo backend as per their wish.

     Enter remarks for partial payments in POS

    • Odoo users need to enter a remark/description while validating partially paid orders.
    • These remarks/descriptions will let you keep a track of the partially paid orders by your customers.

    Allow partial payment from the Odoo backend

    • Tick the checkbox to allow partial payment from the Odoo backend.
    • This will enable partial payment in the POS session.
    • Complete the POS order for partial as well as unpaid orders.
    • It lets your customers pay your invoice over a series of payments.
    • Customers don't need to worry about the fund availability before making a purchase.
    • Odoo users can later register payments on the corresponding invoice from the backend.
    • Basically, it allow your customers to pay part of the total amount owed in installments as long as the total amount is paid before the required date.

    Excellent modules and even better support

    We have purchased several Webkul modules for Odoo POS and they are the best we have seen. We had some compatibility issues but the support team provided excellent care in solving all problems.
