Using the Multi-Tenant Saas add-on the admin can allow customers to become tenants and sell their products on their personalized subdomain (store link). Once the customers register themselves as tenants, they need to purchase a membership plan.
Further, with Magento 2 Recurring Payments, the tenants can buy the subscription, add products and manage categories for their products.
After acquiring the desired SaaS tenant subscription package, the vendors can become tenants. When a SaaS tenant's plan expires, the plan is automatically refreshed, and money is withdrawn from the tenant's account following the plan.

SaaS eCommerce Setup
The store owner will have to configure the module by making general settings:
- The status of the module must be enabled.
- Select the allowed payment methods for membership.
- When a Tenant created an Account they will get the Notification from the admin.
- The tenant got an Email update notification.
- Tenants account Username, Password update notification email template.
- The tenant Store URL Update Notification Email Template.

Purchase SaaS Membership Plan
The admin can create or reset multiple membership plans as per the requirement. The tenants have to make the following settings to create a membership plan.
- Enter the Duration/Membership title.
- The number of days for the membership plan.
- The subscription amount or charges for the plan.
- The status of the plan must be enabled.
- Sort order for the membership plan.
- The payment for the membership plan will be only made by Paypal recurring payment method and stripe recurring payment method.
Theme Setup by Tenants
The Tenants can set the theme for their store.
- Theme can be selected from existing theme.
- The Tenants theme will change after the setting.
- The Tenants can check the theme from their profile.
- Theme can be changed multiple times.
eCommerce Tenant Management
The admin handles the membership, Manage Tenants and Manage subscriptions.
- All Manage Subscriptions will display here with each and every tenant’s details.
- The admin can delete, edit, and add the membership type to the tenants.
- The admin can assign and unassign the tenant’s membership plan from the back end.
- Admin can manage products and categories for their stores.
Multiple Membership Plans for Tenant(s)
Admin has the option to allow Tenant(s) to purchase multiple plans
- Have multiple plans active at a time.

- Subscribe or unsubscribe their purchased plans.
View Sales Reports
The graph-based sales reports and other information can be accessed by Admin
- Admin can view reports on their own dashboard using the Tenant switcher.

- Other information such as Lifetime Sales, and Average Orders can be viewed.
