Magento 2 B2B Wholesale Catalogue for Vendors: The module allows admin to assign their products to the various sellers as per the seller groups and attribute set and category. The admin can create different seller groups on the basis of the attribute set and the category.
Once, the seller group is created the admin can assign those seller groups to different sellers as per the need. The seller has a separate seller board from their the seller can request for the specific product to the admin to assign products to them.
Just after the request is approved by the admin the seller will be able to view the product in My catalog and also, the seller can edit the price as well as the number of assigned products.
Note - This module is a Marketplace Add-on. To use this module you must have installed Magento 2 Marketplace Module first.

Restrict Seller Products
The seller cannot add his product and for adding product the seller needs to approve that product from the admin.
Assign Categories & Attributes
Multiple categories & attributes can be assigned to a seller group and also a Single product can be requested by multiple sellers.
Product Request
The seller can request the admin for assigning the product.
Seller Products View
The seller product will only be visible at the seller shop, profile and collection page.
What is the use of this module?
One can use this module to restrict the seller to sell admin products only. The seller cannot add or list their own products to sell. In the previous marketplace module, the seller can easily add and sell their product but in this module, the seller can request the admin for adding the product and only after the approval of the request the seller can add a particular product.
Manage Seller Groups
The admin can create different seller groups by assigning attribute sets and categories to them.
- This helps the admin to restrict the seller to choose the product as per the assigned attribute set, category and seller group.
- The admin can also change the seller group, category, and its attribute set.
- The admin can also delete the existing seller group.
- The admin can edit the seller group and change the associated attribute set, category and seller group name.
- One seller group can have multiple attribute sets and categories.
- A seller group will contain only those products which have the attribute set and categories as selected for that seller group.
Manage Seller
It allows the admin to manage seller as per the business need and the demand of products according to their seller groups as:
- Admin can assign the desired seller group to a seller.
- Admin can simply select the seller group name from assigning a seller group option after selecting the seller and by one click the seller is added to that particular seller group.
- The admin can assign the seller group to the selected sellers.
- Admin can also Approve or Disapprove any seller.
- The admin can find the seller on the list by applying the filter for seller details.
Product Request
The seller can request a product to add that product to his product list.
- The seller can request the admin to add products from the assigned seller group, attribute set, and category.
- The seller can view all the products as per the assigned seller group, attribute set and category.
- The product listed will have details like Product Name, SKU, Customer Name and Status.
- The product request list which is not approved by the admin will be shown in the “Pending Requests” section at the seller end.
- The seller will also have a product list for approved products.
Manage Seller Product Request
This function allows the admin to manage the request of the seller for a product.
- This allows the admin to view all the requests made by the seller for a product.
- The admin can approve or reject any product request made by the seller based on the need for it.
- The request which is already approved can be disapproved by the admin.
- Admin can use the Customer Name filter also to find any product by the customer name.
- Multiple sellers can request for the same product.
