Magento 2 Credit System

The admin can configure the settings. Herein, the admin using this module can -

• Be able to assign credit to customer groups.
• Delete the credit amount of a customer group.
• Change the assigned credit amount. Webkul credit system functionality can be enabled or disabled.
• Set up payment method title. Select a specific country for the payment through the assigned credit.
• For returning the credit amount admin can select the payment methods.
• Change the sort order for the payment method.

Under credit management, the admin can view the credit details for customer groups. The admin can also view the credit details for individual customers using this extension. Here, the admin can -

• View the complete customer name list.
• Each customer’s total amount is checked.
• For each customer, the remaining amount can be checked.
• The used amount can be checked The new transaction date can be checked.
• Find the desired customer's details using the available filter.

The admin can mass assign the credits to the customers using this module. For the same, the admin can use any one of the available file types (CSV/XLS). Here, the admin to mass-assign the credits using the Magento 2 credit module will -

• Upload a CSV file with the credit data.
• XLS file with the credit data is uploaded.
• View the total credit to import and the credits imported.

The store owner can also view transaction information like transaction ID and transaction date, as well as the transaction type and amount associated with a specific credit amount using this extension.

• Particular customers can be assigned credit amounts.
• Change the assigned credit View used credit of an individual customer.
• The remaining credits can be viewed for a particular customer.
• To use individual credit limit, mark the respective check box

Here, the customer can manage their credits. They can request credits and view the transaction details of the used credits and more. So, here the customers using this module can -

• See the amount to pay and the credit balance.
• Payback the credit amount as required.
• Credit is paid back using the available payment methods.
• Via the Magento 2 credit system purchase the products using credits.
• The payment method is visible in the order details.
• On the checkout page, check the total order amount, available credit, and remaining credit.

The customer can pay the order amount in two modes full payment through wallet or partial payment through wallet.

• When the customer pays the full amount the respective amount will be deducted from their wallet.
• When they pay a partial amount they can choose another payment method along with a credit wallet to complete the payment.
• The chosen payment will be displayed in the order details and invoice.
• After a successful order, the customer can check their credit balance, amount to pay, and credit limit.
• Enter the amount to pay in credit and complete the order.

The admin can initiate the refund directly to the customer’s account.

• They can process partial or full refunds to the credit according to configuration settings.
• The admin can generate the credit memo and directly process the refund by clicking on the refund credit button.
• If the refund value is higher than the credit wallet limit then the total amount will be displayed in the customer balance.
• The admin can disable the refund credit wallet option from the configuration.
