Aside from casual and medical leaves, every employee in a company is entitled to a specific number of public holidays. As a result, it is vital to provide them with some public holidays so that they can participate in festivals and activities.

However, manually managing every public holiday and other limited holidays is difficult. In this instance, there's a good risk you'll miss out on certain holidays. However, by automating the marking of every holiday, whether it's a public or private holiday, management can focus on what's important.

Odoo Public Holiday Module helps the user to manage the Public holidays more professionally and correctly. The module allows HR to manage Public holidays precisely by creating the leave type named Public Holiday.

Public Holidays are always in the approved state, to create the approved leave Hr has to tick the checkbox next to the Create Approved Leave.

• Tick the Checkbox Of Create Approved Leave otherwise the Leave Created is in the Draft State.
