The customers can donate through the section available in My Account, or they can add the donation amount from the checkout page after selecting the cause.

Create Donation Program in Odoo Backend

• Add donation cause to the program. Also, you can add multiple causes in a single program.
• Create a cause by giving a name, choosing a product, description, and image.
• Add an inspiring description to your donation program.
• Enable a single donation program on the Odoo website, at a time.
• You can also add a banner text and image to make the program more appealing.

 Making Donations on the Odoo Website

• In the My Account section, the customer can find the donation option.
• This donation option will open a new page that shows the active donation program.
• Customers can choose from the pre-defined amounts to make donations.
• Or they can enter an amount manually and donate it.
• The donation option is also available on the checkout page of the website.
• The Admin can link a product to the cause to get a fixed donation amount.
• Customers can also donate an extra amount on top of a fixed amount.
