      About the client:-

      The United States Institute for Theatre Technology, Inc. (USITT) as an organization was founded in 1960 to promote dialogue, research, and learning among practitioners of theatre design and technology.       The challenges came across -

      The major challenge client-facing was with the Mailchimp API, due to its limitations for events when the data wasn't getting synchronized in real-time like - when a subscriber was getting added to a segment or the segment has been updated then the client was facing the issue of real-time data synchronization. And it became critical when the subscriber unsubscribe themselves from the campaign and then it was not possible to track the data for that unsubscribed subscriber in real-time, henceforth the campaign data was not optimized. The client approached us with this challenge related to Mailchimp API because tracking data in real-time and optimizing ongoing and upcoming campaigns was difficult for the client.

      The solution provided by the Webkul -

      After figuring out the issues of the client, We provided the solution which can act as a bridge between Salesforce and Mailchimp i.e ChimpConnect and it becomes a savior for their real-time data integration needs. The solution allows the real-time sync ability along with the manual sync which helps them to update the records of the subscribers including the one who has unsubscribed which they were unable to track earlier. This provides a unified Salesforce platform to manage both CRM and Email marketing services like- real-time synchronization of audiences, segments, members, and campaigns from Mailchimp to Salesforce.

      With the help of MailChimp Salesforce Integration, The client can easily track the campaign performance including the subscribers and unsubscribers list in real-time which helps them to optimize the campaign performance. The client can easily sync Mailchimp audience, segments, campaigns, and members as contacts and leads to salesforce and vice-versa due to which they can enhance the features of CRM and email marketing. ChimpConnect also helps them to monitor the campaign report i.e open, clicks, send, count, etc which gives them the ability to target the right audience at right time. And hence, Webkul provided the solution to achieve their marketing goals.
