Description
Amazon MCF (FBA) for Magento 2: Amazon MCF(Multi-Channel Fulfillment) is an order fulfillment service. Amazon MCF gives you the access to the FBA (Fulfillment By Amazon) service which fulfills and ship your multi-channel orders. Magento 2 Amazon MCF module integrates the Magento 2 store to the Amazon MCF. The module will enable the admin to fulfill the non-Amazon orders (Magento 2 store orders) from the Amazon Fulfillment Services ie; FBA.
Important Note:
- This module is an add-on of Amazon Connector for Magento 2 module.
- Enable FBA in the Amazon account to use Amazon MCF.
- To obtain the Amazon MWS credentials, you need to complete the Developer Registration and Assessment, and only after that, you will receive the Amazon MWS Access keys. Webkul will not be held responsible for obtaining/generating the credentials.
Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment Basic Options
- The module has flexible settings to enable or disable the module whenever required.
- The admin can enable the Amazon fulfillment either for Amazon FBA products only or all kind of products.
- For non-Amazon products define the Amazon account for product export so that Amazon fulfillment can be generated for them.
- Can even allow or disallow the Amazon to send the ship confirmation message to the customer on behalf of the seller.
- Can configure the shipment custom message which will be displayed on the Amazon Packing Slip.
FBA (Fulfillment by Amazon) Order
- For FBA orders the admin can map the Magento 2 store shipping methods with the Amazon shipping methods.
- The admin can define many to many kind of mapping for shipping methods.
- The admin can check the Amazon fulfillment status of the orders for each Amazon account.
- For the Magento orders, the admin can view the Amazon Order Ids for which the FBA has been generated.
- The admin will get the notification for every successful or unsuccessful FBA is generated for Magento Orders.
Fulfillment Order Products
- The module creates Fulfillment orders for Amazon FBA products(Fulfillment By Amazon), Amazon FBM products(Fulfillment By Merchant) and Non-Amazon products(doesn’t belong to any Amazon account).
- If an order placed for a Magento product on the Magento store which belongs to an Amazon account as an FBA product. The Magento order automatically is created as FBA orders.
- If an order placed for a Magento product on the Magento store which belongs to an Amazon account as an FBM product. The product gets converted to FBA product. And the Magento order created as FBA orders.
- If an order placed for a Magento product on the Magento store which doesn’t belong to an Amazon account. The product gets created in the default Amazon account as an FBA product. And the Magento order created as FBA order.
