Odoo Website Portal Account Access -Access and manage your customer’s Odoo website portal on their behalf with the Odoo website Portal Account Access module. The module adds the functionality for the admin to log into the website from a customer’s account.
Once logged in, the admin can manage various tasks for the particular customer such as placing orders, fixing bugs, printing invoices, rectifying issues, etc on demand.

Access the customer’s account portal in Odoo
- The module facilitates the authorized Odoo user to access the customers’ website account portal from Odoo backend.
- The user can place orders and print invoices on customers’ behalf through their off website account.
Allows authorized users only to access customer’s accounts
- The user can switch from Odoo backend admin account to website customer account with a click and vice versa.
- Only those Odoo users who are authorized by the admin can access the customers’ accounts.
Automatically stores user data in Odoo
- Once the customer successfully registers on the Odoo website through the signup form, the values of the fields are automatically stored in the user data in Odoo.
- The Admin can also add login/signup/reset password page content from Odoo backend.
Manage the Header/Footer on Signup Page
- The module also provides the option to hide/show the header/footer on the Signup page.
- This module is Multi-Language compatible which means that the field name automatically changes to the selected website language.
Manage the configuration from the Odoo backend
- Set the customer of which you want to open the portal from the backend.
- Click on 'Go to Account Website' as shown.

- As shown, you can view the access portal account in Odoo.
- Tick on the chekbox to allow access to registered users of the Odoo website.
