Description
PrestaShop Marketplace Product Question Answer - Q and A section on the seller's product page help the marketplace sellers to interact with the users and answer all the questions they have regarding the products. The marketplace sellers can easily add questions & answers for their products and provide the necessary product information to the users. Having all the questions answered on the product page will help the users with the purchase decision.
Note: This module is an add-on of the marketplace module. To use this module you have to install PrestaShop Advanced Multi-Vendor Marketplace first.

Product Q & A
Show questions & answers related to a product on the product page itself.
Question Answer Approval
Either manually approve the questions & answers of customer or set it on automatic approval.

Show a green tick mark to represent questions and answers posted by admin or the seller.

Let customers edit or delete the answers posted by them for any question.
PrestaShop Marketplace Product Question Answer Features
- Admin can allow only registered customers or everyone to post the questions and answers.
- Enable/Disable the automatic approval of questions and answers.
- Admin can enable/disable the manual approval of questions and answers by him/seller.
- Specify the character limit within which users can post questions and answers.
- Set the minimum words required to post a question.
- Display the questions according to number of votes or date.
- Allow/Disallow customers to like/dislike the answers.
- Admin can allow/disallow the customers to report abuse for an answer.
- Admin can add new question for the seller's products and answer for the question.
- Display the answers according to "likes” or “date”.
- Enable/Disable the display of reCAPTCHA to users while posting questions and answers.
- Configure on which events email notifications will be sent to admin, sellers, and customers.
- Sellers can enable/disable/edit questions and answers if allowed by admin from backend.
- Sellers can view list of products for which the users have posted questions and answers.
- View list of questions and answers posted for a product.
- Sellers can view number of votes given to a particular question.
- Add new question for a product and answer for the question.
- A search bar added in the “Questions and Answers” section from where a user can search for the desired question.
- Choose the position to display the question and answers block, either at Product Footer or in Product Tab
- The module is multi-shop compatible with PrestaShop Advanced Multi-Vendor Marketplace version 5.4.0/3.4.0 and above.
Provide Additional Product Information
The marketplace sellers can provide supplementary product information to the users by adding questions & answers on the product page. The users can also interact with the sellers and ask all the doubts they have regarding the product.
Increased Customer Satisfaction
Customers can easily post their queries on the seller's product page and get it resolved which helps the marketplace sellers in gaining their trust. Customers can also view the feedbacks and opinions given by the other customers on the product page and make the purchase decision accordingly.
View Product Q and A
Sellers can view list of all questions and answers posted by users for their products, add questions for product, answer the questions, and view users(customer, visitor, guest, or admin) who have posted questions and answers. Product questions and answers under one tab help the marketplace sellers in understanding the users' requirements.
Add Q and A for Seller's Products
A separate tab from where the store admin can view all the questions and answers posted for the seller's products. Admin can also add questions for the seller's products by selecting the seller and it's product.
