Shopware 6 Ordered Product Review

Description

Shopware 6 Ordered Product Review: The module allows the customers to write reviews for the products ordered. Once the customer successfully places the order, it can go to the Order History section and submit a review for the ordered product. Reviews & ratings will automatically appear on the product page, after the approval of the admin. The admin can share a response on the customer's review, which will also appear on the frontend.

Why should we use this extension?

The default Shopware platform allows any customer to submit a review on the products. But with the help of this module, the admin can provide a review button for those customers who have purchased the product and placed the order.

Moreover, in the default Shopware platform, the admin can not respond to a customer review, but with the help of this module:

  • The admin can now manage the review.
  • The admin can view, edit and delete ordered product reviews from the list.
  • The admin can change the visibility of the reviews given on their product.

Order Page Review Button

After placing the order, the customer can go to the Order History section and select any of the orders from the list.

  • Click on Your Review button to rate the product
  • 5 stars rating scale is available
  • Enter a title for the review
  • Write a brief description of the review.
  • Multiple reviews can be submitted, if multiple products are ordered
  • Edit the submitted review.

Review Moderation

The admin can view all the product reviews and ratings from the backend by navigating through Catalog->Reviews. The admin can do the following:

  • The admin check review title and ratings.
  • The admin can check the date & time and customer name.
  • The admin can make the review to be visible or hide it on the storefront.
  • The admin can delete a review.

Responding to Product Reviews

The admin can go to the backend-> Review and can comment on the customer review. The admin can use to response following :

  • The admin can show appreciation for the customer who took the time to share their positive experience.
  • The admin can respond to negative reviews and provide support to the customers
  • The admin's feedback on the review will be visible on the product page. 

Features

  • The users can submit reviews once the order has been placed successfully.
  • It can also give ratings with the review for the products ordered.
  • The filter option can be used to search any product reviews by the admin.
  • The admin can view, edit and delete ordered product reviews from the list.
  • The admin can change the visibility of the reviews given on their product.
  • A customer can submit only one review per product.
