When we work our brain tries to remember all the things which we are doing. But due to multitasking it’s difficult to remember everything at once.
For making it easier for users we created Odoo Sticky notes so you don’t have to remember what you need to do in your Odoo.
You can add a title to the sticky note and update its description and file. Moreover, you can choose the font color and background color of the note.
Another important feature is that the sticky note can be shared with other users and you can view which user has seen the shared sticky notes. Users can keep the notes short or can write a long descriptive note for other users to understand.

Create Notes in Odoo
- Click the pin icon to create notes.
- You can pin notes to the Odoo form page.
Set The Colors
- Choose the text color you want for the notes.
- Select the background color to your favorite.
Sticky Note sharing
- Share the sticky notes with all the users or share it with an individual user.
Tacking Sticky Note Views
- View the name of the users who have seen the shared sticky notes.
Edit And Update The Note
- Add a title to the note.
- Update the file or image in the description if needed.
Repositioning Notes in Odoo Form
- Drag and position sticky notes anywhere on the From Page.
- Delete sticky notes if required.
Managing The Sticky Notes In Odoo
- Delete sticky notes as per convenience when it becomes obsolete.
- Share sticky notes with other users to inform them about anything.
- Paste them anywhere on the form to highlight what you want to ask in the form.
Creating Sticky Notes In Odoo
- Choose the background color and text color of sticky notes.
- Add a title to the sticky notes to remind you what the sticky note is for.
- Choose from various font options and sizes.
- You can make the text bold, italic, etc., and add pointers as well.
