Description
Laravel eCommerce Quote System: Quote System will give the customers the tendency to have products in bulk and can have conversations with the admin regarding the products. In this way, the customers can negotiate on the bulk products with the admin. The admin can approve/disapprove the quoted request of the customer.
Note -This module will not work with the Grouped Products, Booking products, and Bundle products.

Allow Discount on the quoted products
This module allows the admin to give the bulk products at discount. If the admin doesn’t want to allow the customer to have a discount on bulk products then he can easily disable it.
Minimum Quote Quantity
The admin can set a default minimum quote quantity for the case when there is no value set for minimum quantity at the product.
Discussion with the Admin
The customers can have a conversation with the admin over the chat and can negotiate the prices for the quote products.
Email notifications
The admin can enable the button for the emails so that the email can be sent to the customer.
Why do we need a laravel eCommerce Group Buy module?
Laravel eCommerce Quote System will allow you to add a quotation feature into your store which lets your customers quote for prices. In this manner, the customers can easily do the bargaining for the products.
The module will let this functionality right on your website and motivate customers to bulk purchase with the best prices which will be a mutual advantage for the buyer and store owner.
Basic Option for Enabling the Module
- Enable or disable the module as per the requirement.
- Allow the discount on the quote product. It enables the quote status for each product on the product edit page.
- Configure the minimum quantity on which quote will be applicable.
- This will won’t allow the buyer to quote the product below that minimum quantity configured.
- It can also allow the files to be attached with the quotes.
Add Quote Button to Products
- Enable the quote status for each product on the product edit page. Because the quote will be applicable to those products for which quote status is enabled.
- Configure the minimum quantity on which quote will be applicable. This will won’t allow the buyer to quote the product below that minimum quantity configured.
- It can be disabled if the admin doesn’t want to show the quote button on any product.
Managing the Quotes
- The admin can manage the quotes from the backend.
- The admin has the option to edit the quotes from the backend.
- He can approve/disapprove the quotes if the admin doesn’t like the request.
- The admin can have a conversation with the customer.
Generating Quotes for the Products
- On the front-end, the user can quote only for those products for which the admin has enabled the quote feature else not.
- A pop-up will appear when the customer clicks the quote button on the front-end.
- The user will then quote the product by providing the quantity of the product.
- The user needs to define the product price to pay for per quantity.
- The user can add an additional message or quote details for the admin with the file attachments.
Customers can view Quote Status on their Profile
Under the profile, the customer can view the product list for which they have added the quote and can:
- View quote details and status of the quotation.
- Even update/edit their quotation requests.
- View the complete conversation history that they had with the admin.
