Bagisto WhatsApp Chatbot & Order Notification


Integrate the leading messenger system i.e. WhatsApp into your e-Commerce store (Bagisto) for placing orders. The customers can place the order on the WhatsApp chatbot by using the WhatsApp button available on the product page as well as on the catalog page.

Once the customer clicks on the WhatsApp button a pop-up will open to fill in the basic details. After that, the customers will get the message on WhatsApp for the order confirmation and for selecting the payment as well as the shipping method and related notifications.

Display Button on Product Page

Connect Through Whatsapp

After filling in all the details on the pop-up it’ll redirect you to Whatsapp.

  • You need to connect to your Twilio account.
  • After that, you’ll receive a notification that has all the information regarding the product.
  • You can also select the shipping and payment method from it.

Receiving Notification & Order status on Whatsapp

The admin after integrating this module can control the orders and the notification management for the platform of Whatsapp.

  • The customers can select the payment and shipping method from Whatsapp.
  • The customers will get notifications on their Whatsapp directly about shipping and canceling the order.
  • The customers can receive the order id on WhatsApp.
  • The customer will receive the order details like product URL, name, quantity, and price over Whatsapp.

Handle orders from the Backend

The admin needs to complete the order from his admin dashboard only.

  • The admin needs to go to his dashboard for approving/disapproving the orders.
  • He can create the invoice from there only.
  • The admin can also cancel the order.
