Create Pathology Labs
After installing the extension, the admin can create the lab users or pathology labs from the backend. Here the admin can -
- Enter the Lab name and the address for the same.
- Set the lab region and add its latitude and longitude.
- Enter the city name, postcode, country, country id, and lab email.
- Upload the image for the pathology lab user.
- The entered lab email id will receive the link to reset the password for login via the storefront.
Manage Patient Test Orders & Data
The admin can manage the complete data for the customers ranging from patient test orders and patient lists. Apart from that, the admin can also manage patient orders. Here, the admin can -
- View the patient orders and assign the pathology lab that will process the orders.
- Check and delete the patients from the patient list.
- View and delete the patient reports.
Manage Delivery Time Slots & Zip Codes
After the installation of the extension, the admin will configure the delivery zip codes where the tests will be available. Also, the admin can set up the delivery time slots for the customers. These delivery time slots are available for selection at the checkout time.
- The admin can add/edit the delivery time slots.
- The admin can view the orders placed for the delivery slots.
- To add a zip code the admin will enter the Zip From and Zip To values and then enable the zip code.
- Lastly, for both options, save the settings.
Customer Place Order for Pathology Test
After configuring the extension, customers can view the pathology test under the book-a-test option or search for tests under categories as required. They can also search for the tests using the test name.
- Book a test as required.
- Can view the availability of home collection or lab visit for the test to be booked.
- Customers can also select the delivery date and time for the respective test that they are going to book.
Pathology Lab User Options
The pathology lab users will have two options under their account panel to manage the Magento 2 bulk order processing and the lab information. They can log in to their account from the same section as the customers.
- The pathology lab users can edit the pathology lab information.
