Magento 2 Salla Connector Configuration

The Magento 2 store admin will make the initial configuration settings after installing the Magento 2 Salla Connector. So, the admin will be able to -

  • Set the option for all Salla accounts to authenticate with the same Salla application or not.
  • Enter the Client Id & secret key received after creating an app at the Salla Partner account.
  • Set default order status for orders imported from Salla. Choose to import products with Images.
  • Enable product revision on Salla.
  • Set the option to remove products from Magento whenever you delete mapped products record with Salla on Magento.

Add Salla Partner Account

After the admin has completed the initial configuration settings, the admin will have to add the Salla Partner account within the Magento 2 store. To do so, the store admin will -

  • Tap the Add Salla Account button.
  • Set a unique store name for your account choose the attribute set and tap the Save Salla Account button.
  • After that, the admin need to connect to the Salla Partner store.
  • A pop-up appears, enter the Salla Partner store email id and the password and tap the Login button to authenticate.
  • After authentication, the admin can configure settings for the Salla products to be imported.

Import Products from Salla

After the admin has completed adding the Salla partner account to Magento 2 store, the admin will be able to import the products from the Salla partner account into the Magento 2 store. For the same, the store admin can -

  • Navigate to the added Salla partner account.
  • Navigate to the Import Products from the Salla tab.
  • Tap the import products tab.
  • After that, the products get imported.
  • Now, tap the Create Imported Products tab.
  • After that, the products will get created in the Magento 2 store.

Export Products to Salla

The Magento 2 store admin can also export products from the Magento 2 store to the Salla partner store as required. To do so, the Magento 2 store admin will -

  • Navigate to the added Salla partner account.
  • Navigate to the Export Products to Salla tab.
  • Here, the admin will find all of the simple products listed.
  • Select the products to export to Salla.
  • From the actions drop-down option, tap the Export to Salla option.
  • The products will get exported to the Salla partner account.

Import Orders from Salla

After the admin has imported the products from Salla into the Magento 2 store, the admin can import the Salla orders. To do so, the store admin will -

  • Navigate to the added Salla partner account.
  • Navigate to the Import Orders from Salla tab.
  • Here, the admin will first import the orders from Salla.
  • Then create the orders in Magento by tapping create orders button.
  • The orders will be created at the Magento end.
