• The Magento 2 Zoho inventory module supports simple, configurable, and grouped product types.
• Add the product to the Magento 2 store and sync to the Zoho inventory account.
• Product details like name, SKU, and quantity will update on Zoho when updated on Magento 2.
• The owner can choose the product website.
• The selected website will auto-assign to all Zoho products.
• If product revision permission is on, the mapped product will auto-update whenever it's updated on the Magento end.
• The store owner can import and export the products from Magento 2 to Zoho and from Zoho to Magneto.

The admin can manage the orders on Magento 2 and Zoho inventory.

• The store owner can create an order on the Zoho inventory end.
• This created order can be imported from Zoho to the Magento 2 store with all details.
• Users can import all orders from Zoho to Magento by applying the filter.
• Also, they can choose a specific date or time period to get the order data.
• Admin can perform a bulk action on the imported order to delete them from the Magento 2 end.
• The admin can process bulk orders in Magento 2 stores.

The admin can create Webhooks for various products and order import/export events.

• The store owners can create Webhooks on Zoho inventory.
• Different URLs will be generated for different events.
• The admin can create multiple events for different modules.
• Once the Webhook is executed the admin can check the event's status in workflow logs.
• The admin can also create workflow rules for the Webhooks.
• After the Webhook connection, the data will get auto-sync once updated on either Zoho or Magneto 2.

Now the admin can export orders from Magento 2 to Zoho Inventory.

• There is a separate tab for exporting orders from Magento to Zoho.
• The admin can perform bulk action to export the orders.
• A run job will execute to show the exporting process.
• The exported orders will be displayed in the sales order list in Zoho.
• The admin can view the exported order details by clicking on the particular order.
