Initial Configuration

After the successful installation, the admin will go to the admin backend of the OpenCart. Then make the initial configuration settings. Here, the admin will -

  • Enable the status of the connector for the OpenCart store.
  • Choose the Zoho auto-sync account email.
  • Set the order reference number prefix for the Orders exported to Zoho Inventory.

Add Zoho Account in OpenCart

After the initial configuration settings, the admin will add the Zoho account as required. Here, the admin will find the complete list of already added Zoho accounts.

To add a new Zoho account, the admin will -

  • Enter the Client ID and Secret ID.
  • Set the Organization ID.
  • Choose the data center where you have the Zoho account.
  • Choose the base currency from the drop-down list.
  • Enter the email address for the Zoho account.
  • Validate the added account after saving the account.

Product Import and Export

After adding a Zoho account, the admin can import and export the products as required by tapping the respective buttons. Here, the admin will -

  • See a list of imported/exported products and their sync sources.
  • Choose to import products from Zoho to the OpenCart store.
  • After importing the products, they are visible at the OpenCart store.
  • Choose to export the products from the OpenCart store to Zoho.
  • After exporting the products, they will be visible on the Zoho dashboard under the items.

Customer Import and Export

The customer import/export option will be available to the admin. Here, the admin can easily import/export the customers between the two platforms -

  • See the complete list of imported/exported customers and their sync source.
  • Import customers from Zoho to the OpenCart.
  • After import, the customers are visible at the OpenCart store.
  • Export the customers from the OpenCart store to Zoho.
  • After exporting the customers, they will be visible on the Zoho dashboard under sales and then customers.

Export Orders to Zoho Inventory

The admin can also export the OpenCart store-placed orders to the Zoho. Here, the admin exports the order to the Zoho Inventory -

  • View the complete list of Zoho exported orders with their sync source as OpenCart.
  • Enable the auto-sync settings that automatically export the order to Zoho from the OpenCart store when the order gets placed at the OpenCart store end.
  • View the imported orders in the Zoho dashboard Sales Orders section.

Auto-Sync Data to Zoho Inventory

The admin has the feature to export the OpenCart data to Zoho. The admin needs to select the auto-sync account in the configuration settings.

  • When a product is created at OpenCart, gets auto-synced.
  • If a user registers as a customer, the data is auto-synced.
  • When an order is placed at OpenCart, the data is auto-synced.
