Admin Configuration
Admins can enable or disable availability notifications for staff and choose to send them via Email or SMS. Out-of-inventory alerts can be triggered when the inventory of any room type reaches zero or when the total hotel inventory is fully booked.
Additionally, admins can choose to enable low inventory notifications and define whether low stock should be calculated based on individual room types or the total hotel inventory. They can set a custom inventory percentage threshold to determine when a low inventory alert should be sent. Notifications can be configured to reach specific roles, including the Super Admin, Hotelier, and Employee, ensuring that the right people are informed in time to take action.
Guest Configuration
Admins can enable or disable availability notifications for customers and choose to send them via Email or SMS (with an optional SMS module). They can allow guests to select specific room types, flexible dates, and receive reminder notifications at set intervals and limits. A phone number field can be enabled for SMS alerts. Notifications can be triggered either when at least one room is available or when all rooms meet the availability condition, keeping guests informed and bookings up to date.
Admin Notification
Admins benefit from continuous inventory monitoring for both total stock and individual room-specific stock levels. The system sends timely alerts when inventory is low or when rooms are completely out of stock, based on customisable thresholds.
