Guests can complete bookings quickly using UPI, net banking, debit cards, and credit cards, while admins benefit from real-time payment updates, refund management, and centralized transaction tracking.
Note: PhonePe payment services are primarily available for businesses operating in India. Ensure that your business and merchant account are supported by PhonePe before enabling this payment gateway.

PhonePe Configuration
Admins can configure PhonePe by entering the required merchant and API credentials.
- Environment: Select Sandbox (UAT) for testing or Production for live payments.
- Merchant ID: Unique merchant identifier provided by PhonePe.
- Client ID: Used to authenticate API requests.
- Client Secret: Secure key for PhonePe API authentication.
- Client Version: Specifies the PhonePe API version being used.
- Webhook Endpoint URL: Receives real-time payment and refund updates.
Note: PhonePe supports webhook-based updates for payment and refund statuses. Admins can also manually refresh statuses if webhook processing fails.
PhonePe Transactions
Admins can view all PhonePe transactions from a dedicated Transactions tab, including order reference, customer details, merchant transaction ID, PhonePe transaction ID, amount, refunded amount, status, and date.
PhonePe Transaction Details
Clicking on a transaction opens a detailed summary page showing payment environment, transaction ID, amount, customer information, payment status, and payment date.
PhonePe Refunds Management
Admins can process full or partial refunds, add remarks, and track all refund records including refund ID, amount, status, and date.
