After the successful installation of the Magento Marketplace Business Directory module, the admin will be able to configure the module settings like:

• Set the root category of the business directory.
• Set the page layout of the business directory.
• Enable or disable the directory approval requirement.
• Enter the admin email id.
• Allow seller to add either limited or unlimited number of directories.
• If limited, then the admin will also define the number of directories the seller can add.
• Set the check-on parameter like Only Number of Products, Only Time, & Time and Number of Products.

Business Directory classified is responsible for approval or disapproval of business directory. Here, the admin can approve or disapprove business directory from this option. Under the “Business Directory Classified” tab, the admin can:

• View all the directories added by the seller.
• View the details of the directories like Owner Name, Directory Name, Number of reports, the number of claims, Directory Status, and Created Date.
• Approve or disapprove any directory from the list.
• Click on any directory to see reports, claims, and contact of that directory business directory.

Under Reason section, the admin can:

• View all the directory report reasons.
• View the details of the directories like Id, Reason, and Status.
• Search the reasons by using the filters like Id, Reason, and Status.
• Delete the existing reasons.
• Change the status of reason.
• Add the new reasons.
• Create the multiple reasons.

Under Tag section, the admin can:

• View all the directory tags.
• View the details of the tags like Name and Status.
• Search the tags by using the filters like Name, and Status.
• Delete the existing tags.
• Change or update the status of tags.
• Add the new tags. Create the multiple tags.
• Provide the tag name, tag status, and base popularity while creating the new tag.

The admin can manage the Vendor groups for the directories. The admin can also do the setting of the payment system associated with the Vendor groups. For this, the admin will configure the Vendor Group settings like:

• Group Information: In this, the admin will enter Group name, set a maximum number of products allowed to upload, set amount and status.
• Schedule: In this section, the admin will provide billing, initial fee information along with the schedule information.
• Associated Recurring Profiles: In this section, admin can view various recurring profiles of the sellers along with their details.

After installation of this extension, the seller can see Business Directory tabs in their account navigation menu. Here, the seller can:

• View all the created directories.
• View the directory details like name, status, number of reports, number of claims, and number of contacts.
• Click on any directory to see reports, claims, and contact details of that directory business directory.
• Delete the existing directories.
• Change or update the status of directories.
• Search the tags by using the filters like Name, and Status.
• Add multiple business directories.
• Enter details like Company Name, email address, physical address, point location on Geo Map, select working days, enter the description, enter contact number and choose a logo for the directory.
• View sub-categories of the Business Directory and their posts.

The users will have a Business Directory tab in their account panel, where they can search either by entering a keyword or by advance search.

• The user can view all the available Sub-Directories.
• The user can view a number of post for each subcategory, Company name, their description, tags and their location on the Google Map.
• On clicking on the company name, the user can view full address, their location on the Google Map, working days, contact number, and other details.
• The users can also do Report listing, Claim listing, and Contact owner.
