The merchant can approve the query/answer of the customer and then only it will be visible on the product page. Only logged-in customers can add queries/answers related to the product.

Ask Question
In this module, the customer will find an "Ask Question" on the product detail page. After clicking on that the customer will be able to ask the admin questions regarding the product before placing the order. The customer has to login (as per the configuration set) before posting any question about the product. After the login, customer can ask their question, and enter title and description then submit.
