Description

Magento 2 Multi Vendor Order Attachments offers a solution for attachments in order from three pathways, i.e., seller, admin, and customer. It allows the seller to decide whether its product needs attachment or not. Admin if it is needed, can make the attachment enable in the product. The seller can also manage the product; attachment by deleting, approving or disapproving. Similarly, admin shall perform in the same manner the managerial actions on order attachments

Important Note - This is an add-on of Webkul's Magento 2 Multi-Vendor Marketplace, so you need to install Marketplace modules first.

Why do we need Marketplace Order Attachment for Magento 2 ?

Admin can add the Marketplace Payment Method Restriction for Magento 2, allowing the store owner to set the payment method based on products or sellers. Order Attachment Basic Setup Options

The admin can configure the file extension, size, and number of files

  • The admin can enable the order attachment for customer and seller
  • The admin can limit the maximum size of the attachment (File size greater than 0 and less than 10 MB)
  • Store Owner can set a limit for the number of attachments (Number of Minimum allowed attachment 1 and Maximum 30)
  • Extension for the attachments is (JPG, JPEG, PNG, PDF, DOC, DOCX)

Set Order Attachment As Required Field

Admin had the option for enabling and disabling the product attachment

  • On the Product page, Admin can enable product attachment
  • Customer can upload attachment for required products
  • The seller can also upload the attachment on the required product
  • The admin and seller can view the attachment of orders
  • The admin can upload the attachment along with the order or later.

Order Attachments Status

  • Admin and seller had an option to Approve, Disapprove and delete the attachment
  • Approve - When an attachment is approved by the seller or by Admin
  • Disapprove - When the attachment is not accepted by the seller or admin
  • Delete - When the admin or seller wants to remove the attachment.

Order Attachment at Checkout

The customer can add the attachments at the checkout page as well. The admin and the seller both can approve or disapprove the same.

  • Customers can check the order details at the checkout page.
  • Add the personal details on the page.
  • Add the attachments from there only if required.
  • Click on next after adding all the details and place the order.
