Vendor Invitation for Magento 2: For any multi-vendor e-commerce store, sellers must register themselves before selling their products. To make this seller registration process faster and more personalized we have created this extension.
Using Magento 2 Seller Invitation extension the admin can send a signup invitation link to vendors and only by using the invitation link the customer can become a seller. The admin can even set the invitation mail template and expiry of the invitation link in days during configuration.
This is an add-on of Webkul's Magento 2 Multi-Vendor Marketplace, so you need to install Marketplace modules first.

Validity & Expiry of Invitation Link
The admin can set the validity(in hours) and expiry of the link according to their requirements and can even choose whether the link gets expired or not.
Compatible With Hyva Theme
The extension is fully compatible with the Hyva Theme.
Maintain Record of Seller
The admin will have the log of sellers. He will know which seller is registered or not.
Seller invitation by the admin
The admin will send the invitation by using the email id with the description.
Existing customers become sellers
Store Owners can send invitation links to become sellers for their existing customers also.
Resend the invitation link
If the invitation link will expired then the admin can resend the link to the customer.
Why Do We Need Magento 2 Seller Invitation?
Store owners have many sellers for their stores. They require sellers for their store for regular business tasks. Hence store owner sends the invite to the seller to become a seller for their store. The store owner sends the invitation to sellers.
The seller receives an invitation at their email address. If they register themselves as a seller by clicking on the link they will become registered users. Else they will be visible to the store owner as not registered sellers.
Basic Setup for Vendor Invitation for Magento 2
- The admin can enable or disable the seller invitation feature.
- The expiry of the link can be enabled and disabled by the user.
- Admin can send an invitation to the user again if an existing link will get expired
- The number of hours will be fixed by Admin after which the invitation link will expire.
- The admin can select the template for sending emails.
- The admin can select the invitation email as the default email.
Send Invitation to Vendors
- The admin will fill in the details of the user to become a seller.
- The email id will be fillup in where the invitation link will be sent.
- The description is mentioned for the seller's invitation.
- After that, the invitation is sent successfully the popup will appear.
- Only one user will be able to use the link one time.
Successful Registration of Vendors Using the Invitation Link
- The user will receive an email to register as a seller.
- The user will mention the shop URL and the email id for registration and fill in other fields.
- Here, the user will also need to fill in the credentials like user name passwords for registration.
- Moreover, the admin will also get updates for the same.
- Above all, the status by the admin can be seen as register and not register.
