Magento 2 AI Chatbot using Open Source LLM extension enables customers to use a chatbot powered by artificial intelligence on the storefront. The customers will use the virtual AI chatbot to get information regarding products and ask any queries they have.

The open source LLM chatbot can even answer queries based on the information provided in product attributes, swatches, and configurable options for the product. The virtual chatbot will display the search results using the ChromaDB vector database and open source LLM(Large Language Model).
