Krayin CRM WhatsApp Configuration
After installing Krayin CRM WhatsApp Module in your system. Now, admin will configure it into Krayin CRM.
- Admin can active/inactive the Status of the module.
- Enter Phone number ID.
- Enter Access Token that is generated at Meta Developer Account.
- Enters Webhook Verification Token.
Creating Leads
Admin can create Leads through Customer Queries via WhatsApp and start conversations with the customer through Krayin CRM WhatsApp.
- Admin can generate leads through WhatsApp.
- Admin can get the customer details.
- Send Documents, Images, and files to the customers.
- Customers can only reply to admin’s message directly through WhatsApp.

After the completion of the Server Setup, we will provide limited period support for 30 days to the customer so that they can check and ensure the configuration.
