Description

CS-Cart Salesforce Connector links CS-Cart directly to Salesforce CRM. Products, categories, orders, and customers stay updated across both platforms with reduced manual effort. Whether running a B2B or B2C store, sales and support teams get current CRM data without manual updates.

The connector pushes store data across all key record types. Orders carry discount and coupon data. Customers are synced as Salesforce accounts. Products and categories come over with images, descriptions, and parent relationships.

Real time updates keep information current the moment activity happens on the store. For businesses that prefer more control, manual bulk export is available for each data type with a single click.

It also handles edge cases that often get missed. Incomplete orders, guest checkouts, and orders from deleted users all transfer to the connected system. CS-Cart Multivendor setups are also supported, so data from multiple storefronts feeds into one Salesforce account.

Configuration and Setup

The admin connects CS-Cart to Salesforce by choosing Production or Sandbox mode from the connector settings. After login approval, the account is linked automatically.

Once connected, the admin can view account details and manage product, order, user, and runtime sync settings.

  • Choose Connect Production or Connect Sandbox
  • Sign in through the Salesforce account popup
  • View Username, Org Id, Name, and Email details
  • Refresh or disconnect the connected account

Product Data Synchronization

Good Support!
The CS-Cart to Salesforce connector works as promoted bringing sales orders to Salesforce. The Team at Webkul Software were very responsive and were also able to provide extra features and mappings for a reasonable additional cost. I am looking forward to working with the Webkul Team on future development.

Works Great
The interface between CS Cart and Salesforce that Webkul provides is easy to use and functions as promised. Webkul also provided us with some customization in mapping to get even more out of the app.
