- They can also view graph-based statistics and recent orders.
SalesforceIQ End View
When the admin is on the SalesforceIQ end, they can view the contacts available there along with other functions which are listed below:
- They can Import contacts as well.
- An option is provided to email, mass email, or merge the contacts.
- They can be archived as per the preference.
- A variety of filters are present to choose from in case bulk contacts are present.
Export/Sync Contacts
The export and syncing of contacts can be done from CS-Cart to SalesforceIQ easily using the SalesforceIQ connector for CS-Cart.
- Contact export can be done using one click by selecting the desired contacts and clicking on Export Contacts.
- Unique Contact IDs are generated after Exporting.
