Creating Hotels

This module allows the admin to easily add and manage the hotels. Admin can add any number of hotels as per his need. To add a hotel admin will enter the hotel name, description, images of the hotel and the hotel details.

Also, the admin has to enter the check-in and check-out details for this hotel. After entering these details admin will save the hotel.

  • Admin will add the name, description, meta title for the hotel. 
  • Admin will add images for the hotel and enable the hotel. 
  • Admin will enter details for the hotel like - address, email, website, check-in and check-out dates, etc.

Manage Room facilities

Here the admin can add & manage all the fixed facilities that are already provided with the room. Admin can add each facility by entering the facility name, facility icon, status & the sort order. 

The admin can filter the facility which is enabled or disabled by entering the facility name and its status and clicking the filter button.

Admin can also add & manage all the optional facilities that are the paid services. Admin can add each optional facility by entering the facility name, icon and the sort order. later admin can set the price for the optional facilities while adding the rooms.

Booking From The Admin-Panel

Admin can add the booking for the customers from the back-end. Admin will select the date from & date to values, select the hotel, the room type, the number of rooms & the number of adults and children for the booking. 

After this admin will check the availability of the rooms. If available, the admin will add the details of the customer by selecting the customer via auto select.

Now the admin will select the address of the customer, select the payment method and add the extra optional amenities and click the save button to make the booking.

Booking Rooms From The Customer

On the front end, customers will find a beautiful interface for making their booking. The customers can search the rooms by providing the info for the check-in and check-out dates.

Customers can also search the rooms according to the location by entering the city names. After searching for the rooms customers can select the rooms as per their need. 

Customers can also filter the results by room amenities, extra amenities, and price. After filtering the rooms the customers can proceed further to book the room.

Manage All Bookings

Admin can manage all the bookings and can check all the bookings made for the different room types. Admin will be able to check the list of customers under each of the different room types.

Here admin can also cancel the bookings that have been made by the customers. Admin can export all the booking details in a CSV or excel format by entering the date from & to for the export. Also, admin can filter the bookings by entering the name, email, booking from and to for the customer.

Reviews and Rating

Customers can write reviews and can set the rating for the hotels as well as their rooms that are booked by the customers. These ratings & reviews will be visible to the other customers that can help them decide whether to book the hotel or not. 

Admin will be able to manage the ratings and reviews from the back-end. Admin will be able to change the reviews and ratings and can enable or disable the ratings as well. 

  • Customers can rate the hotels and their rooms.
  • Admin can manage and edit the reviews and ratings made by different customers. 
  • Admin can enable or disable the reviews at any time.
