CS-Cart Payment Method Restriction: This splendid extension will help users to restrict payment methods available to customers based on Products, Categories, and Gift Certificates. This module will allow the admin to restrict the payment option on the desired product.
If the CS-cart payment method restriction is enabled from the admin end then it will appear at the time of checkout at the checkout page to the customer. Therefore it will help the admin to create very flexible payment method rules by restricting access to payment methods for customers in different situations.

This module works with all these, CS-Cart, CS-Cart Multivendor, CS-Cart Multivendor Plus, CS-Cart Multivendor Ultimate.
Product-based restriction
Admin can apply payment restrictions on the selected products.
Gift certificates and categories based restriction
This module also works with gift certificates and categories-based restrictions. As admin can easily enable and disable the payment restriction as per the categories and Gift certificates.
Easy to manage
Both admin and vendor can manage the configuration of this module on their end.
Why do we need CS-Cart Payment Method Restriction?
Sometimes the store owner wants to hold the use of selected payment methods per category, product, and gift certificate. Just because in an online store all the payment methods cannot be suitable for all the products.
For example- if a customer wants to purchase a watch from an online store and it's costing around 150$ as per the store policy COD options are available only up to 50$ then the user will be restricted for the COD payment option above the product costing 50$.
Restrictions on Cart and Checkout Page
Customers can see applicable restrictions in the cart or at checkout, based on products, categories, or gift certificates.
- In this, the customer can view the restriction in the cart or on the checkout page.
- The system cannot identify exactly where the restriction was applied by the user, as it’s based on categories, products, and gift certificates.
- Customers need to check for restrictions on the cart or checkout page.
Gift Certification Payment Restriction
Gift certification payment restriction allows the admin to restrict specific payment methods when a gift certificate is applied during checkout.
- Select the payment methods to restrict for orders using a gift certificate.
- Configurable from the admin panel under add-on settings.
Category Based Restriction
Category-based restriction allows admins and vendors to apply specific payment and shipping rules to entire product categories. This ensures consistent checkout options across all products within a selected category.
- Category-based restrictions let you control payment and shipping methods per category.
- Admins and vendors can apply rules directly from their panels.
- For example, disable certain payment options for the Electronics category.
- All products under the selected category will inherit the applied restrictions.
Product Based Restrictions
Product-based payment restriction allows the admin to limit specific payment methods for individual products during checkout.
- The product-based restriction allows users to restrict payment methods on a selected single product.
- The customer will only get payment restrictions on the selected product on which the admin has applied the restriction.
- The product can be selected by the user, and restrictions may apply for reasons like high cost, making options like COD unavailable.

Normal price, for me a must addon due to some products that i want to sell only with specific methods. No bugs, no problem for V4.4.3. Easy to use, simple and doing what it says exactly.
