Magento Gift Card - This module lets the store owner create a gift card products and list these products in the online store. The customers can purchase these gift card products just like a simple product and send it to another registered customer by email. A customer who will receive the gift card can use it for multiple purchases.
Magento Gift Card Features
- Gift Card product type included ensuring a smooth creation of gift card.
- The Customer can use complete amount or a certain amount of gift card to make the purchase.

Admin Management
Admin can configure Gift Card under Gift Card->Configuration. Here the admin has to enter his name and email id. Admin can also view complete Gift Card details under Gift Card->Gift Card Details.
- Module Configuration is very easy.
- Admin can check gift card details which include sender’s email, receiver’s email, gift code, total amount, left amount etc.
Creation of Gift Card
Using this module, admin can create a “Gift Card”. Gift Card creation will be just as simple as creating any Simple Product. Admin will enter all the details for the “Gift-Card” product with the price.
- Admin can create Gift Card and it will display on the front-end.
- Creating a gift card is as simple as creating a simple product.
Magento Gift Card- Front-end management
In the store, the user can purchase the Gift Card which will be same as purchasing any product from the store. The user has to enter the email id of the person to whom he/she wants to gift. The Gift Card can be gifted only to the registered user. After the payment, the Gift Card will be mailed to the particular person.
- The user can purchase the Gift Card from the front-end.
- The user can email the Gift card via mail.
Usage of Gift Card
After receiving the Gift Card in the email, a user can use it while shopping at the store. At the time of checkout, a user has to enter the Gift Code received in the email and the amount he wants to use. After entering the gift code and amount, a user has to click on Apply Coupon.
- A user can avail the discount by entering the Gift Code.
- Gift Card user will get an email notification for each gift card usage.
