The session report includes order details, the total amount to be paid, products etc. It enables you to keep a track on your POS sale of each product individually that helps you know the product demand in between customers.
Odoo POS Session Report Features
Print or send details of the session report in POS
- The Odoo POS Session Report Prints details of the current session report.
- You can also send reports via emails to the responsible user from POS Backend.
Display information about product details in POS
- The report displays information about the details of the products sold.
- A salesman can print the details of the session report with opening balance, total sale, tax collect, discount, return, total item and payment details.
Print the session summary as per your wish
- Print the session summary either in form of XML receipt or in PDF form.
- The summary shows the ordered quantity of the products.
Keep a track on the total transactions done in POS
- Statement of summary displays the total amount of all the transactions.
View the session report option in POS
- Start a POS session and click on the ‘Print Session Summary’ button to print the Session Summary in Odoo POS.
- This will help you to see the session report of all the translations done in POS.
View the summary in XML receipt or in PDF as shown
- You will get a Summary in XML receipt if the POS Box is connected to your Odoo otherwise you will get the print as PDF.
- The receipt will also show the start date and opening balance too.
