Opencart Guest Order

After the module installation, admin can configure the module. Admin can enable or disable the module. Admin can also enter the text that will visible on the front-end for the guest checkout, guest order link, and guest return link.

Admin can see and manage the Guest customer's orders and return requests. Admin will full-fill the guest order just like any normal Opencart order. Admin can also delete any order or return request of the guest customers.

Guest customers will see guest checkout option on the header of the store. A customer who had made the guest checkout can click on guest order to check the order details or the customer can click on order return to see the return details. Guest customer needs to provide their email id and the order number for checking the order details and also for returning the order. Further customer needs to fill and submit a return form to provide the reason for return. After submitting the form the customer can click on the ‘Guest Order’ link to check the return status, created date and return ID.

• The guest customer can check his Order details.
• The guest customer can return the order.
