 Q1-How does OpenCart Marketplace POS works with offline mode?
Ans- In offline mode, all of the data is already loaded into POS system module, so you'll be able to checkout with offline mode. Whenever POS connects with the internet all the new data or orders will be synchronized with the admin panel automatically.
 
 Q2- How does a barcode scanner work with POS?
Ans- Firstly, you have to connect barcode scanner with POS. You can print barcode from admin/seller panel and label product with the same barcode. When a customer wants to buy a product, you just scan the barcode which is associated with the product. All the information related to the product will be displayed on POS system.
 
 Q3- What kind of information will be shown on the receipt or invoice?
Ans- You can display store logo, store name, store address, order date, order time, order ID, cashier name, shipping mode, payment mode, order note in the invoice for the extra information (like TIN No., ST No.).
 
 Q4-Can we assign multiple sales agents at single Outlet?
Ans- Yes, you can assign multiple sales agents at single Outlet.
 
 Q5- Will products be shown with zero quantity in POS panel?
Ans-Yes, you can display products with zero quantity. The admin can enable/disable the Zero quantity products show option on module configuration.
