Prestashop Admin Login As Customer : Admin Login as Customer allows the admin to see his customer’s front end by logging in to their account. Admin can access the entire account of a customer.
The objective of this module is to allow admin to help customers in case they face any difficulty in creating the order, applying any promo code, during the checkout, generating the invoices or any other reason.
Prestashop Admin Login As Customer Features :
- Admin can login to customers account as a customer on front office.
- Admin can view the entire customer’s panel.
- Admin can create orders on the behalf of customer from the customers account only.

Can customers edit their username after successfully creating once?
Yes, the customers and admin both can edit the username. Customers can edit their username from my account page and admin can edit customer’s username from back office.

Yes, an admin can disable the username suggestion from the registration page while configuring the module.
Can an admin set the username field as required or not?
Yes, the admin can set the username field as required or not for the customers while registering themselves.
Does the username suggestion also display on the admin’s end?
Yes, the username suggestion will also be displayed on the admin’s end while adding the customers from the backend, and the admin can enable/ disable the username suggestions while configuring the module.
Will it be necessary for the guest user to enter the username while checkout?
No, it’s not necessary for the guest user to enter the username while checkout. However, if anyone wants to create the account while ordering as a guest then they can use create the username for their account.
