Prestashop Mobile Login - Allow your customers to register and login on the store using the mobile number. The customers can request for an OTP SMS to their mobile number and login easily to the store. Also, customer can reset the password by sending OTP on its registered mobile number.
Prestashop Mobile Login Features -
- Allow customers to login via mobile number and password.
- Enable customers to login to their accounts by OTP.
- Customers can send OTP for login on their mobile number, email id, or WhatsApp number.
- Allow customers to register to register on the store using OTP.
- Customers can reset their passwords via OTP.
- Make mobile number verification mandatory for registration on the store.
- View, edit, or delete customers’ mobile details from a single grid.
- Add mobile details on the customer’s behalf from the back office.
- Configure the message to send to customers when they request an OTP.
- Set the duration for which ‘Resend OTP’ button is disabled once the customer has sent OTP.
- Set the validity of an OTP.
- Configure the number of times for which customers can request for OTP in a row.
- Set the duration for which customers cannot request for OTP once the OTP request limit has been reached.
- Set the duration for which the customer’s number gets blocked once he has reached the wrong OTP limit.
- Choose to delete customers’ mobile details upon uninstallation or resetting of the module.
- Set the minimum and maximum length of the mobile number.
- Send SMS to customers on successful registration.
- By default, the module supports three SMS gateway providers viz Twilio, SendinBlue, and onehop (SMS-Magic).
- Log the information of failed SMS.
Additional Login Method
Customers can easily register and login on the store using their mobile number. Minimize fake registrations and orders by making it mandatory for the customers to verify their mobile number during registration. All the major ecommerce companies are adapting to this concept of login through mobile number as it is very convenient for the customers.
OTP Login
You can enable the customers whether verified or unverified to login via OTP. Now the customers do not necessarily need to remember email id and password combination as they can login via OTP.
Reset password by OTP
Now, a customer does not always have to open their email ids and click on the link for resetting the password. An additional feature has been provided by which a customer can reset the password by sending OTP on its registered mobile number. Resetting password by OTP will help save time and improve customer experience on the store.

Yes, admin can enable/disable mobile number field on the registration page.
Can the mobile number be verified before registration ?
Yes, admin can enable the mobile number verification. In this case customers will need to verify their mobile number via OTP.
What are the supported SMS providers which can be used ?
By default, Prestashop Mobile Login number supports three SMS gateway providers:
