    Frequently Asked Questions

     Can I set return period for individual products?
    Yes. While creating an RMA policy you can specify the number of days for product refund/replacement/repair and select products on which RMA policy will be applicable. This means a customer needs to return the product within specified days after delivery to get the product refund, replaced, or repaired.
     How many return statuses and reasons can I create?
    You can add any number of return statuses and reasons to match your internal workflow.
     Can only the registered customers place RMA requests?
    Prestashop RMA allows both the registered as well as guest customers to raise RMA requests. Guest RMA tab is added at the footer position of the store pages. Guest users have to click on this tab and provide their order reference & email id to place a return request.
     Is there a possibility to return specific items from the whole order?
    Yes. While raising a return request, a customer can select the product and its quantity that he wants to return on the return request form.
     Is there an option to upload an image while raising the return request?
    Yes. On the return request form, there is an option to attach the image. Customer can upload an image to clearly explain the product issues.
